Yeliz Korukluoglu who is an Istanbul Technical University Architecture faculty graduated and has an Msc of Architecture, is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and AYD Turkiye (Turkish Shopping Center Association). She can speaks fluently Turkish, English, Bulgarian and intermediate level in Russian languages.

                                                                                                                                  Yeliz Korukluoglu spent 20 years of her over 23 years professional experience as a senior executive, in the field of retail and shopping mall development, leasing, property management and asset management.

• The total experience includes 40 shopping centers development, leasing and/or management with over 6.000 professional tenancy contract of approximately 2.000.000 sqm and over 8 billion Euros market value in total.

Among the projects that Yeliz has been involved in terms of land acquisition, shopping mall concept development, function design, construction, preopening shopping mall management, leasing and operational shopping mall management, financial operation management as follows.
